Protection From Abuse Order

As the demand for Protection From Abuse orders has skyrocketed, more than ever it is important that the residents of Allegheny County have the legal information they will need to navigate legal processes and seek support if they experience domestic abuse. This workshop will cover topics such as personal safety, what constitutes "abuse" under Pennsylvania law, when should an abuse person seek an attorney and other relevant topics.
