Please join the Judicial Independence Project of Pennsylvania Table (JIPPA) for an educational Town Hall about House Bill 38 (HB 38).

HB 38 is an amendment to the PA Constitution that would change how we elect judges and justices to our appellate courts, including our Supreme Court, from statewide, to legislatively created judicial districts. We must keep our courts free from the influence of partisan attacks that seek to undermine the independence of our courts.
