This workshop will discuss the Protection from Abuse orders. As the demand for Protection from Abuse orders has increased, more than ever it is important that Pennsylvanians have the legal information they will need to navigate legal processes and seek support if they experience domestic abuse. This workshop covers topics such as personal safety, what constitutes "abuse" under Pennsylvania law, when an abused person should seek an attorney, and other relevant topics.
