PMC Shares Workshop: Protection From Abuse - Montgomery County

Pamela Gwaltney and Noah Marlier

As the demand for protection from abuse orders has increased, more than ever it is important that people have the legal information they will need to navigate legal processes and seek support if they experience domestic abuse. This workshop will cover topics such as personal safety, what constitutes as "abuse" under Pennsylvania law, when should an abused person seek an attorney and other relevant topics.
