Pennsylvania is one of only a handful of states still electing all of its judges in partisan political elections. In 2025, Pennsylvania voters will choose candidates for key judicial positions, including seats on the state’s appellate courts. Notably, there will be a vacancy on the Commonwealth &

PMC, the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania, and Committee of Seventy held a virtual forum on September 30, 2025 for all candidates for the Superior and Commonwealth Courts.
