As the demand for Protection From Abuse orders has increased, it is important that Pennsylvanians have the legal information they need to navigate legal processes and seek support if they experience domestic abuse. This workshop covers topics such as personal safety, what constitutes “abuse” under Pennsylvania law, when an abused person should seek an attorney, and other relevant topics.
