IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING COVID-19

Amid the spread of COVID-19, Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts is practicing social distancing and postponing this event to a later date. We are taking precautions to protect everyone's health and safety.

We will continue to monitor developments related to COVID-19, in order to determine when it is safe to reschedule this event. If you have already purchased a sponsorship or ticket, you will receive an email from us once a new date has been identified, and we hope that you will be able to join us at that time.

Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts' third annual Spring into Action Benefit will be held at the Rohr Auditorium, of The Tower at PNC Plaza, located at 300 Fifth Ave.

Geovette Washington, Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the University of Pittsburgh and a member of PMC's Board of Advisors, will be awarded the 2020 Judge Justin Johnson Award for her commitment to PMC's mission and involvement in civic engagement initiatives throughout Pittsburgh.

Heather Lyke, Director of Athletes at the University of Pittsburgh, will be the event's keynote speaker. Since her arrival in March 2017, Heather has dramatically reenergized Pitt Athletics, recruiting eight new head coaches and directing a dynamic rebrand of the University's athletics. She unveiled Pitt Studios, the department's state-of-the-art broadcast production facilities that support the University's first-ever broadcast and media studies curriculum. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law and is a frequent speaker at national conferences. Heather also serves on various boards across collegiate athletics.

The event will be hosted by Greg Jordan, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of PNC.

We hope that you will consider supporting fair courts and judicial independence by reserving a sponsorship or ticket HERE.
