Modern Juries, Modern Courts: James Binnall

The third speaker in our Modern Juries, Modern Courts series is James Binnall, Professor of Law & Criminology at California State University, Long Beach, and Executive Director of Project Rebound. Dr. Binnall researches the exclusion of individuals with felony convictions from the jury process. He has testified for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and the California Senate and has presented to the American Bar Association Jury Commission. He authored "Twenty Million Angry Men: The Case for Including Convicted Felons in Our Jury Process." James Binnall will speak on the importance of including individuals with convictions in the jury process.
