Join PMC and the Veterans Multi-Service Center of Philadelphia for a presentation on Criminal Court led by retired Philadelphia Municipal Court Judge and U.S Army veteran, Patrick F. Dugan. This workshop will provide a primer on Criminal Court from arrest to trial to appeal, including explaining terminology, proof requirements and protection of rights.
