People participating in the Schuylkill County Drug Treatment Court must be honest with everyone, including themselves, a judge told them Thursday at their weekly session.
“Be honest with everyone,” Judge Jacqueline L. Russell, who presided over the court in the absence of Judge James P. Goodman. “Be a stand-up kind of guy, or woman.”
