How does Harrisburg get away with pushing through a bill - without public hearings - potentially undermining constitutional checks and balances among the state government? This is what happens when the balance of power is out of alignment in the State, and Represent PA is committed to keeping you up to date on issues that affect the state.

Join Represent PA on January 8th at 8:30 am for a public education program about judicial districts. Carol Kuniholm, Chair of Fair Districts PA (FDPA) will present and lead a discussion on the issue. In addition to describing the problem, Carol will discuss FDPA's strategy in Harrisburg and will provide suggestions for how we can advocate for change. Carol will be joined by Deborah Gross, President of Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts. The briefing will be moderated by Christine Jacobs, Represent PA's Executive Director.
