On February 2, PMC -- represented by the Honorable Phyllis W. Beck (Board member), Lynn A. Marks (Executive Director) and Shira Goodman (Deputy Director) testified before the Interbranch Commission on Juvenile Justice studying the Luzerne County scandal.  A copy of the testimony submitted by PMC may be found here.

PMC's testimony focused on the judicial discipline system.  PMC called for a full investigation into the Judicial Conduct Board's handling of allegations related to Luzerne County and recommended changes to constitutional provisions and internal operating procedures governing the judicial discipline process.  Coverage of the hearing and PMC's testimony can be found in the Times Leader and the Citizens Voice.
