Recount Confirms Anne Lazarus Wins Fourth Seat on Superior Court

The statewide recount of votes cast in the Superior Court election confirms that Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Anne Lazarus has won the fourth seat on the Superior Court.  According to a press release issued by the Department of State, Secretary of the Commonwealth Pedro Cortes today announced the results of the recount:
