Judicial Elections and Ethics ProgramOctober 12, 2009 On October 13, 2009, PMC will participate in "After Caperton: Judicial Elections and Ethics," presented by the Philadelphia Lawyer Chapter of the American Constitution Society. In addition to PMC, the Honorable James Gardner Collins, a former Commonwealth Court judge, and Victor A. Kovner,Chair of the Fund for Modern Courts, will participate.
