The Pennsylvania Court System has released its annual Report on the State of the Commonwealth's Courts.  The Report details the recent changes in Court personnel, including the retirement of Chief Justice Ralph J. Cappy and the new additions to the appellate courts.  The Report also highlights the new strategic plan developed in 2007, the coming use of statewide jury lists to increase the pool of citizens called for jury duty, the increase in problem-solving courts and the improvements in judicial automation systems.
